Exciting progress is happening across the Columbia Renaissance Phase III site as crews continue building the next chapter of Renaissance Heights!
Here’s a quick update on what’s been completed so far:
🌳 Site Work

Finished grading across the site.

Continued shaping the retention pond.

Completed underground utilities, including the water line and storm system at the west road.
🏠 Building Progress

Building 5: Passed all inspections and poured the slab.

Building 4: Passed inspections and poured the slab.

Building 3: Completed underground plumbing and started forming the slab.

Building 2: Finished forming the slab, completed grade beams, and termite treatment.

Building 1: Installed the underground radon system, finished termite treatment, and completed vapor barrier and PT cable installation.
Each completed step moves us closer to delivering quality, mixed-income housing for families in Fort Worth’s Renaissance Heights community.
