Our Vision at Renaissance Heights Foundation

As a leader in Community Development, Renaissance Heights Foundation (RHF), is dedicated to transforming Southeast Fort Worth through our innovative initiatives and collaborative approach. Our mission is rooted in implementing the Purpose Built Communities model, which stands on four pillars: Mixed-Income Housing, Cradle-to-College Career Education, Community Wellness, and Economic Vitality.

Founded on the belief that every community deserves access to quality housing, education, and resources, RHF acts as a strategic engine of change within the neighborhood. We work tirelessly to address the diverse needs of our community, fostering healthy, economically mobile, and choice-filled lives for all residents.

Through our foundation, we prioritize stakeholder-led development of neighborhood infrastructure, funding acquisition, and community support to realize our vision. Our current projects include the development of mixed-income apartments, single-family homes, and townhouses, as well as permanent supportive housing rental units in collaboration with HousingChannel, Columbia Residential and the Salvation Army of North Texas.

At RHF, we understand the importance of creating vibrant, inclusive community spaces. Our efforts extend beyond housing to include streetscape and Happy Park improvements, enhancing recreational and engagement opportunities for residents. We are committed to building a thriving community where individuals and families can flourish.

As we continue our journey, we are excited to showcase Renaissance Heights and Fort Worth as a model of successful community development. With a focus on long-term, innovative solutions, we aim to leave a lasting, positive impact on the community for generations to come.

Join us in transforming Southeast Fort Worth into a place where everyone can thrive. Welcome to Renaissance Heights.

In Community,

Kenny Mosley, Executive Director
