Renaissance Heights Foundation is thrilled to receive a $1.5 million grant from The Flora Fund at North Texas Community Foundation to support Columbia Renaissance Square Phase III. This investment will help deliver 100 units of affordable housing, including 16 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units—a vital step in building an inclusive and thriving neighborhood.

Phase III sits at the heart of Renaissance Square and continues our mission of creating walkable, opportunity-rich communities. We’re grateful for this generous support and excited about what’s ahead!
