This article is about Columbia Residential’s start of construction on the 3rd phase of housing in a Purpose Built Community with Renaissance Heights Foundation. We’re excited to have Columbia Residential be part of the community building happening in Fort Worth.
This final phase will deliver 100 affordable homes serving households earning below 30% to 80% of area median income. Columbia Residential in partnership with Renaissance Heights Foundation, is developing the project.
Sixteen units will be designated as permanent supportive housing (PSH) for families, a critical initiative made possible through Columbia Residential’s partnership with The Salvation Army.
Columbia Renaissance Square lll is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Together, we’ve now delivered 360 quality apartments across three phases. That’s not just progress—it’s a promise fulfilled.”
